The fastest way to reach us is by email. Write to hello@qalabash.io and a real human on our team will reply. Please include the name of your school, the country you operate in, and roughly how many students you have — it helps us give you a useful first answer instead of a back-and-forth.
For schools
Most schools sign up directly from the homepage and complete the guided setup in under 15 minutes. No demo or sales call is required to get started. If you would prefer a walkthrough first, mention "demo request" in the subject line and we'll book a 20-minute video call at a time that suits your timezone. For teachers and parents
Teachers and parents use Qalabash for free — your school administrator invites you, and you sign in with the link they send. If you didn't receive an invite, ask your school first; we can't add you ourselves without their consent. The FAQ page covers the most common login and access questions.
Partnerships and resellers
We work with education consultants, NGOs, and government bodies across francophone and anglophone Africa. If you'd like to bring Qalabash to a network of schools, write to partners@qalabash.io with a short note about who you are, the region you cover, and how many schools you work with.

For press inquiries, brand assets, or interviews with the founding team, email press@qalabash.io. We typically respond within 48 hours.
Security and data requests
If you believe you've found a security issue, please write to security@qalabash.io rather than posting publicly — we take coordinated disclosure seriously. For data export, deletion, or formal data-processing agreements, see the privacy policy and email privacy@qalabash.io.
