Qalabash is a school management platform. It replaces the patchwork of paper registers, WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and printed report cards that most African schools rely on today. One school account covers attendance, grades, fees, timetables, discipline, parent communication, and reporting.

It ships in English and French, supports the currencies, dial codes, and grading systems used across Anglophone and Francophone Africa, and runs on the low-end Android phones that teachers and parents actually carry.

How it is built

Schools pay for Qalabash; parents and teachers use it for free. Data lives in each school's own private workspace, protected by row-level security so that one school can never see another school's students. We do not sell data and we do not run ads.
